Privacy & deletion requests: you can delete your account and all data
directly in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). If you'd rather do it by
email, write to us from the address associated with your account with “Privacy Request” in
the subject line.
Common questions
Is Sthenos free?
Yes — you can download Sthenos, browse the cloud plan library, and track your training for free. An optional Premium subscription unlocks extras like unlimited saved plans and a managed AI assistant.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I export my data?
You can export workouts and plans from inside the app. For anything else, email us.
